1954 AC Ace AE22 Restoration

We were entrusted by a long term owner and AC aficionado in the bodywork restoration of his Ace. This Ace being notable the first production Ace that Thames Ditton produced. Our objective was to retain as much of the original bodywork as possible, letting in repair panels as needed from our original AC Ace body bucks.

We then went on to paint this significant Ace in its original body colour of ivory, utlising original cellulose based paints.
